Terms & Conditions for Trinayan Privilege Card

Multiple benefits you can avail yourself of from this card for yourself and for your loved ones.

• Privilege Card services can be availed on production of the physical copy of the coupon only and are valid for a period of one year from date of issue of the coupon. It can be renewed after 1 year
• Benefits are available only to the membership card holder and are not transferable and cannot be sold to any other person.
• The card cannot be uncashed or returned to the hospital, once purchased.
• If the Card holder will renew the card within the due date or before the expiry then he or she will be charged the same amount. Anybody recharging after expiry of the card then the current rates will be applicable at the time of purchase.
• It is a must for the cardholders to present the card at Trinayan hospitals to take advantage of the card.
• Discounts are not applicable on Any Outsourced Matters / facilities outsourced tests and advanced testing
• Services are subject to availability only
• Card benefits are available only for OPD Patients and Self Payee IPD Patients and not applicable on TPA/insurance-routed cases
• OP discounts are applicable on Consults and Investigations only
• IP discounts are applicable on room rent and diagnostics & excludes drugs, consumables, implants, and packages
• Complimentary health checkup packages are only available on the pre-decided package with the units. The offer can be availed only on production of the physical copy of the coupon
• Offers/schemes cannot be clubbed
• Room upgrades are subject to availability and valid for a period of one year from the date of card issue
• Services can be availed by dependant members on production of original card copy along with relationship proof through a valid government id card only
• One-time waiver of Registration charges for cardholders
• Free Ambulance facility within 5 kms range of hospital (Valid for admissions only)
• Remember that offers in the card cannot be merged with any other ongoing discount offers or promotions in the hospitals.
• A complementary health check-up coupon that is enclosed with the card is valid for the 3 months from the date of issuance. The coupons benefit can be avail by the respective individuals who are covered in this card. No other persons take up the benefits of coupons, who are not entitled to use the card.
• In-patient discount is applicable only for 3 months from the date of issuance but if you are using insurance and other scheme benefits you are withheld from using that above discount.
• Trinayan Hospitals have sole responsibility to amend the terms & conditions of the card without any prior notice.
• Services are subject to Clinic timings, Availability of Doctors and Clinic Specific doctors and Services. 
• Prior booking and confirmation are necessary for priority services.
• Complimentary breakfast will be arranged for health checkups that require Fasting before test.
• Trinayan hospitals will not entertain any of your queries if your card is stolen, lost, or misused. No replacement will be provided in that circumstances, customers have to purchase a new card to avail of further discounts.
• The most important users acknowledge that Trinayan hospitals are merely offering the privilege cards to take advantage of the healthcare facilities at a discount rate. Trinayan is not involved in either debiting or crediting any money or any monetary value from the card of the user. We shall not be, in any manner liable for any untoward or fraudulent act or wrongful financial transactions of the user or in case of any loss, improper or erroneous use of the card. The user shall not have any claim in whatsoever manner against Trinayan.
• Any contention or dispute that arises due to the use of the card shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
• Any Legal suit or action relating to this card offers shall be instituted and commenced exclusively in the jurisdiction of Nagaon.
